Being a new homeowner has been allowing me to build and decorate more than I have ever had to in my life, and let me tell you I’m so fucking here for it. My fiancé and I have been making some quick progress with designing our office. Everything is pretty much ordered and on the way to getting shipped here.

I’ve been wanting these cool hip floating shelves from Target for awhile now. It only took me 20 mins to install, and I only needed 3 tools.

Oh, and they’re only $14.99 each!

Here’s a link to them:  https://www.target.com/p/classic-corner-shelf-white-threshold-153/-/A-15032864

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Drill
    • Leveler
    • Pencil

The shelves come with all the screws that you will need.

STEP 1:

The first step would be finding out exactly what corner you want to use to place your corner shelves.

Mark on the wall exactly where you want your shelves to hang.

I would use a pencil for this step just case you need to adjust your markings.

STEP 2:

After taking all of the screws and shelves out the package, start screwing the support pieces into the wall. Drill two screws on one end, & use your leveler before screwing in the next two on the opposite side.

STEP 3:

Slide the top piece on and THAT’S LITERALLY IT!

At first I was going to DIY this project & buy the wood and cut and stain it myself. But after a bit of research this is actual the more affordable option (and will also save you time)
